Majestic Care ABA in Libertyville, IL is hiring an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
No prior ABA experience is required; we provide 40-hour RBT training, ongoing supervision, and mentorship to help you start and grow your career. This is a full-time and part-time position with in-home and school-based settings.

Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40-hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
