Champions ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Malden, MA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.

You will work closely with BCBAs and licensed therapists to implement personalized treatment plans, collect progress data, and adjust strategies as needed to promote communication and social skills.

Qualifikationen

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Malden, MA. As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes or in our community-based settings. You'll work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote social, communication, and behavioral skills.
