Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for career advancement are available, with compensation ranging from $18 to $23 per hour for both part-time and full-time roles in Gardner, KS.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
