Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services in-home, school, or clinic settings in Horton, Kansas. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting progress data and adapting strategies to support each child’s goals.

The role offers flexible shifts, part-time or full-time options, and opportunities for growth within a supportive ABA-focused team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Collect and document data on client progress.


• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.


• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour


• Part-Time and Full-Time Available


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability


• Location: Horton, Kansas

Skills and Qualification
