Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Gardner, KS. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision of a BCBA, with data collection and collaboration with families for client success.

Both part-time and full-time schedules are available. Certification assistance and flexible hours are among the benefits, with competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Gardner, KS

Skills and Qualifications:
