Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We deliver in-home, in-school, or in-clinic therapy under BCBA-designed plans.

This role offers flexible schedules, supportive development, and opportunities to impact kids’ lives while earning $18–$23 per hour in Perry, Kansas. Must have or pursue RBT certification with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour


• Part-Time and Full-Time Available


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
