Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Idaho seeks compassionate teammates to work 1-on-1 with young children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, independence, play, and social connection through play and ABA-inspired activities.

No prior ABA experience is required; we will teach you the skills. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30am–4:30pm with occasional Saturdays, plus health, dental, and vision insurance and a scholarship program to support BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical readiness for role: ability to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; sit on the floor and move with children.

Responsibilities

• Work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 with autism to build communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
