Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA, is seeking an experienced RBT Manager to lead RBTs and Lead RBTs, ensuring high-quality client care and adherence to policies. The role involves scheduling with the Director of Operations, evaluating staff, and promoting growth opportunities.

Active BACB RBT certification, a 4-year degree (preferred), and 3+ years with children in ABA are required. Weekend and overtime availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB required.
• 4-year degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with children in education or ABA.
• 1+ years of leadership and 1+ years of training experience preferred.
• Availability on weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train RBTs and Lead RBTs on policies and processes.
• Coordinate with operations for schedules and services.
• Conduct evaluations and performance reviews for RBTs.
• Promote growth opportunities and recruit new team members.
• Ensure client safety and accurate documentation with the clinical team.
