Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide play-based ABA therapy to young children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children under 6 to help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with BCBAs for coaching and support, document progress, and celebrate milestones with families. The schedule is full-time, with hours 7:30am–4:30pm and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or existing.
• Reliable, professional, with strong follow-through.
• Resilient and compassionate in challenging days.
• Physically capable of activities including lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under 6 using play-based strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBAs for coaching and support.
• Document progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and teammates.
• Pursue ongoing clinical training and feedback to grow skills.
