Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Dyer, Indiana, is seeking an energetic RBT to join a team dedicated to helping children with autism develop communication, social and daily living skills through play-based ABA therapy.

You’ll work 1-on-1 with children under 6, supervised by BCBAs, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful progress, documentation, and ongoing growth for each child and family. The role offers weekday hours with occasional Saturdays and benefits for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Passion for helping children with autism learn and grow.
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.
• Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 35 pounds and move with kids.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 work with children under 6 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs for coaching and support.
• Celebrate and document meaningful progress for every child.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates.
• Continue developing clinical skills through ongoing training and feedback.
