Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Davenport seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work 1-on-1 with children under 6 using play-based ABA to build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

You will be supported by BCBAs and have opportunities for training and career growth within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Passion for helping children with autism learn and grow.
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed.

Responsibilities

• Use RBT expertise to create meaningful learning opportunities through play and connection.
• Partner closely with BCBAs who provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support.
• Celebrate, document, and contribute to meaningful progress for every child.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates.
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and feedback.
