Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Austin Highway location to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children up to 21 years old. The role includes implementing plans from supervising BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; BACB in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor around children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to support nearby clinics if needed.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the center.
• Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and support treatment progress.
• Use play-based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team.
• Support caregiver education and carryover across environments.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
