Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to children from newborn to 21 years old.
• Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and support treatment progress.

Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Active team mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

RBT Certification through the BACB

College coursework or degree preferred
