Pops ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians to support clients with autism and developmental challenges. Working under a BCBA, you’ll implement plans, deliver one-on-one ABA instruction, and help learners build essential life skills in homes and schools.
You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to adjust interventions. Strong ethics, reliability, and compassion are essential, and you’ll receive ongoing training and support.

Position Overview: We are looking for caring, driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians in our team. You’ll work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping implement customized behavior intervention plans and teaching vital life skills in various environments, such as homes and schools. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be instrumental in delivering evidence-based interventions, tracking progress, and supporting clients in reaching their goals.
