Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

If you are patient, compassionate, and able to work well within a team, we will provide comprehensive training. The role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds as clients may weigh and move during sessions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
