Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral intervention preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Lead structured therapy activities and skill-building programs.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress toward treatment goals.
• Communicate observations and updates to supervising BCBAs.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
