Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Dallas, Texas, to provide direct ABA therapy for children with developmental delays. This role requires an active RBT credential and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field
