The Place for Children with Autism in Lake in the Hills, IL is hiring a Behavior Therapist for part-time, in-person work with 4–12 year old children with ASD. You’ll deliver 1:1 sessions, implement programs designed by BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and patience with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to travel to other clinics.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 4-12 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement individualized therapy programs designed by BCBA, collect data, and discuss progress with the team.
• Engage children using play, movement, and laughter to promote skill-building.
• Partner with families to celebrate wins, solve challenges, and support growth.
