The Place for Children with Autism is hiring a Behavior Therapist for a part-time role in Elgin, IL. You will work 1:1 with children aged 4–12, helping them learn communication, social, and daily living skills while implementing programs designed by BCBA and collecting progress data.

We provide fully paid training to earn your RBT certification, no prior experience required, and pathways to growth within the team. Travel to other clinics may be required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to pursue RBT certification with company support.
• Able to travel to other clinics as needed and transport available.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children aged 4–12 to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement therapy programs designed by BCBA and collect data for progress meetings.
• Engage kids through play and movement to promote growth and skill-building.
• Partner with families to celebrate wins and address challenges together.
