NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Health Technician (RBT) in the Lancaster, PA area. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in various settings implementing ABA.
• Assist clients in improving communication and social skills.
• Collaborate with family and treatment teams to deliver effective support.

Education
