Job summary

Fulton County Schools is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) para-professional to support social/emotional/behavioral instruction in the Services for Exceptional Children Specialized Behavior Support Program classroom and possibly in home settings.

The role requires completion of the 40-hour training to obtain RBT certification, data collection, and assisting with behavior intervention plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate within 1 year from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement specific behavior plans as assigned by the Teacher/BI.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Assist with materials preparation and data collection.
• Support classroom activities and instructional delivery.
• Assist with behavioral intervention plans in school and home settings.
• Attend trainings and maintain records as required.
