Job summary

Florida Autism Center, part of the BlueSprig family of companies, is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We provide structured paid training, on-site BCBA support, and a clear path for professional growth in ABA therapy for children with autism.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching and floor work
• Florida Driver License by end of training
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid required

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
