Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients
• Collect and record data to track progress
• Provide updates on treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality requirements
