BlueSprig seeks dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. Training is provided, with on-site mentorship from an on-site BCBA and clear opportunities for professional growth.

Starting as BT or RBT, you will engage in center-based or home-based ABA therapy, observe progress, and contribute to treatment plans. Full-time roles include health benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No direct ABA experience required due to paid training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality requirements.
