ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA is hiring as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) with full-time hours. The positions offer starting hourly rates and paid training, with a clear path for advancement and an ABA Academy to prepare for the RBT exam.

Support includes mentorship, paid training, and opportunities for a Master’s degree in ABA through tuition reimbursement and scholarships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
