Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) roles in Peabody, MA. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour for RBT and $21.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
