Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a growing ABA care provider in Knoxville, TN. The role involves direct client support and delivering ABA therapy in various settings, under BCBA supervision.

Starting rate is $20.85 per hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. Training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement are offered, including support through the ABA Academy of Excellence

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
