We are seeking a skilled and certified RBT to join our team at Hidden Talents ABA, a leading provider of individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Montgomery, Texas. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. About the Role

This part-time RBT position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17–$24/hour based on experience, with automatic raises every 6 months, no cap. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing ABA therapy sessions to children with autism. As an RBT at Hidden Talents ABA, you will:

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills
• Keep accurate session data and documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up
• Work closely with BCBAs and families

Requirements

• Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don't provide certification training — you'll need this before applying)
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
