Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA seeks certified RBTs to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. This hands-on role uses ABA programs and offers growth opportunities.

You will run sessions, target communication and daily living skills, keep accurate data, follow behavior plans, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and enjoy flexible scheduling with semi-annual raises.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing is required.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

About the RBT Role

This role is for certified RBTs — we’re not a training pipeline to get your certification, we’re where you come to actually use it. You’ll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It’s hands‑on, it’s meaningful, and if you’re the right fit, you’ll have real room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills
• Keep accurate session data and documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up
• Work closely with BCBAs and families

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don't provide certification training — you'll need this before applying)
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay & Perks

• $23–$30/hour based on experience
• Automatic raises — $0.50 every 6 months, no cap
