Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking certified RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or community settings. You’ll use evidence‑based programs, track progress, and collaborate with families to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

We value hands‑on, meaningful work with room to grow. This role offers hourly pay based on experience, with automatic raises every six months and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

About the RBT Role

This role is for certified RBTs— we’re not a training pipeline to get your certification, we’re where you come to actually use it. You’ll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It’s hands‑on, it’s meaningful, and if you’re the right fit, you’ll have real room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills
• Keep accurate session data and documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up
• Work closely with BCBAs and families

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don’t provide certification training — you’ll need this before applying)
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay & Perks

• $17–$24/hour based on experience
• Automatic raises — $0.50 every 6 months, no cap
