Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA, a pediatric ABA provider, is hiring certified RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement programs hands-on and document progress daily.

The position offers real room to grow with automatic raises every 6 months, flexible scheduling, and support toward BCBA goals. Candidates must hold Active RBT certification, have ABA experience, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification currently in good standing.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Keep accurate session data and documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors.

About the RBT Role

This role is for certified RBTs — we’re not a training pipeline to get your certification, we’re where you come to actually use it. You’ll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It’s hands‑on, it’s meaningful, and if you’re the right fit, you’ll have real room to grow.

• Work closely with BCBAs and families

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification, currently in good standing (we don't provide certification training — you'll need this before applying)
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
