Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and related disorders. You will provide direct-care therapy in individual sessions and work with BCBAs/BCaBAs on treatment plans to promote meaningful improvements in behavior.

Responsibilities include data collection, documenting session notes, and supporting families in applying strategies, while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
