Job summary

Acorn Health in Allentown is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA treatment to children. Candidates will collaborate with Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans and support families.

The role offers competitive pay starting at $22.25 per hour, paid time off, health insurance, and professional development opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a love for working with children and preferably hold an RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred.
• At least 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisors.
• Provide services in center, home, or other locations.

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field
