Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in both clinic and home settings in Rincon, GA. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision, helping them build essential skills and independence in familiar environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using EMR
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team
