Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Georgia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision, delivering data-driven sessions and tracking progress in EMR.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
