The Treetop ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in home and clinic settings, collaborating with BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training course completed required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain BACB guidelines and professional standards.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment for clients.
