Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hinesville, GA to provide ABA therapy in clinic and home settings under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering evidence-based sessions and using data-driven methods to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using EMR
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team
