Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a preschool/clinic setting in Manteca, CA. The role starts part-time with a path to full-time as caseload grows, delivering ABA services under supervision.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support children with developmental needs, and help with data collection and progress reporting. The program emphasizes structured, caring care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children ages 0–5.
• CPR certification or able to obtain upon hire.
• Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting.
• Supervise RBTs and support with treatment planning and data collection.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement plans.
• Document session notes and progress under BCBA/BCaBA oversight.
• Assist with scheduling, reschedules, and coordinating sessions.
