Job summary

Ascend Rehab Inc. in Manteca, CA, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a preschool/community program serving children 18 months to 3 years with developmental differences. The role starts part-time with a view to building a full-time caseload.

You will provide ABA-based interventions under BCBA/BCaBA supervision, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, collect data, and support daily routines and social skills in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children ages 0–5.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Comfortable with diaper changing.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting.
• Collect and document accurate data and session notes.
• Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines.
