The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support adults with disabilities in vocational, residential, and community settings.

Under the guidance of a BCBA, the RBT will implement individualized strategies to promote independence, social integration, and quality of life. The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to empowerment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS education with 1 year experience.
• RBT Certification required.
• Ability to work in diverse environments (residential, vocational, recreational, community).
• Adherence to ethics, confidentiality and RBT Code of Ethics.

Responsabilités

• Support Skill Development: implement strategies to build daily living, vocational, communication, and social skills.
• Promote Positive Behaviors: follow behavior support plans with BCBA guidance.
• Monitor and Track Progress: collect data during sessions and activities to guide treatment.
