Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings in Dayton, Ohio.

As a part-time RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement individualized skill-building plans, and track progress with data collection. Training and certification support are provided to help you earn your RBT credential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to obtain the RBT certification; training provided.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and community settings.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities
