Schoolforce Solutions Inc is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students for the school year in Colorado Springs. The role includes implementing individualized behavior support plans under supervision, and providing one-on-one or small-group support to help students build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

The position offers an hourly rate of $19.00 to $24.00, with opportunities for flexible hours, supervision, and benefits that support

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Able to meet BACB supervision requirements.
• Experience with children/students with disabilities in a school setting.
• Ability to collect data accurately and follow written behavior support plans.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Pass background checks and onboarding Requirements.
• Ability to meet Colorado paraprofessional qualifications for Title I programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans under supervisor guidance.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students.
• Use positive reinforcement and approved strategies to develop skills.
• Collect data on behavior and progress and share with supervisor.
• Follow BIPs and school procedures for challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Promote student independence in classroom activities.
• Maintain confidential records and required documentation.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
