Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in in-clinic, home, and community settings. You will receive guidance from experienced BCBAs and supervisors, with in-person supervision to ensure best support and collaboration.

No telehealth is used for supervision or training. You’ll have opportunities to grow into full-time hours as caseloads expand, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match after six months, and instant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
