Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide engaging 1:1 therapy with children across clinic and home settings. You will work under BCBAs and program supervisors who conduct in-person supervision to support your growth and ensure effective treatment plans.

This role emphasizes hands-on client interaction, data collection, and collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings, homes, or community.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
