Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism within approximately 20 miles of the caregiver’s home in New Jersey. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services.

Not certified yet? Paid training and support for the RBT exam are provided. Premium pay after 5 PM, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — we’ll provide training and support.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in‑home or clinic environments.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to implement behavior plans.
• Use electronic tools to track data and conduct assessments.
• Provide progress updates to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain program books and teach materials.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
