Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in American Fork, Utah, to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. Roles operate under the supervision of experienced BCBAs, with flexible full-time and part-time schedules and a pathway to BCBA supervision hours.

Competitive hourly pay between $18 and $30 based on experience, with full-time benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
