Job summary

SilverSwing ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. The role is based in South Jordan, Utah, with flexible part-time shifts.

Requires an RBT certification and a high school diploma; some college is a plus. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, 15–25 hours per week, with reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
