Job summary

Acclimate ABA in American Fork, Utah, is hiring a part-time/full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities.

Active RBT certification, high school diploma, and strong organization are required. You will work with BCBA-supervised plans, collect data, and write session notes while collaborating with caregivers and a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
