Blue Jay ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fayetteville, North Carolina for a part-time role. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision and help collect data on progress.

The position emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration with families, with opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
