Blue Jay ABA in Carrboro, NC is seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD through in-home therapy under BCBA supervision.

We specialize in delivering high-quality, in-home ABA therapy, collaborating with BCBA and BTs to tailor support to each child.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
